Our Work

Serving with Dignity: Nourishment for Seniors, Workers & Street Vendors.

We believe everyone deserves a warm, healthy meal—especially those who’ve spent their lives working hard and now need support. Through our trust, we provide affordable meals to two key groups:

  • Elderly citizens (70+ years old) who often live alone or without regular care

  • Street vendors and daily wage earners who spend long hours working outdoors and still not able to earn more than 10K.

Our meals are freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced, and priced at a minimum—just enough to sustain operations without burdening the people we serve. This isn’t charity. It’s about dignity, compassion, and doing what’s right.

Whether it’s a packed tiffin delivered to an old-age home or a simple lunch served on the roadside, our focus is always the same: no one should go hungry because of age or income.

Summer Relief: Free Buttermilk Distribution

Summers can be brutal, especially for those working under the sun with little access to clean, cooling drinks. Every year, for three peak summer months, our trust sets up free buttermilk stalls across key locations to offer instant relief from the heat.

We distribute thousands of glasses every day, funded entirely through donations and volunteer efforts. It’s a small act, but when the sun is blazing and shade is scarce, it means everything.

Transforming young lives with the promise of education.

We started scheme for education of children from the informal labour segment of the community.

The scheme we named, Gyanjyot, was started in 2016 for the academic and cultural teaching of students who missed to learn some aspects of academics in schools and also to teach them cultural aspects. This scheme was suspended during Covid'19. We are starting it again very shortly.
